To say we live in strange times is an understatement.
To say that our routines and habits will change once COVID-19 peters out until the second wave of infection hits, is an expectation.
As a society heavily reliant on convenience, instant gratification and technology, I have my moments where I wonder how we even got this far. Humans have evolved over the ages and while most of the advances we have made are lovely, there’s nothing like a pandemic to shift your mentality on what is important.
Our front-line workers are putting their lives and families at risk to save those already hospitalized and newly coming in because of the corona virus, and yet most of us are failing to do the most basic that would slow the rate of transmission: staying home.
I realize we all have to step out for groceries and some of us working jobs categorized as essential still have to work out of the home, but if you do not need to go out, or travel domestically, stay the heck home.
I wish you all good health to you and your families and pray for continued health as the months go on.
Have a lovely week all, we will get through this. Together.
